Admission Procedure

SMS hospitals' admission and discharge procedures are structured in a controlled manner to ensure patients' comfort at a vital moment and to ensure methodical, well-defined procedures.
The patient is admitted to the hospital from 12 to 12 a.m. If a few hours are added to this time scale, it is considered a new day, and the charges for the next (full) day are included. For this, you must complete a declaration form
The discharge processes need that you fill out the discharge form and complete all of the legalities. A discharge might take up to 6 to 8 hours.
You will be discharged only if the doctor allows, it and only if the test results show that your health is improving. Within those 8 hours, the discharge paperwork must be completed.
